Job seekers look for opportunities.
The "Million Talents Gathering in Guangdong" 2025 Spring Job Fair will kick off on April 19 in Beijing, followed by a recruitment and presentation event in Tianjin University on April 20, hosted by Nansha district, Guangzhou.
Since launching on March 16, Nansha's Youth Apartment has received over 300 applications for free accommodation from university students daily. Additionally, Nansha has reserved over 6,000 units of government-subsidized talent housing, accelerating the establishment of a launching pad for young talents to realize their innovation and entrepreneurship dreams.
The Youth Talent Community has organized a variety of social activities, such as job fairs, group film screenings, and arts and crafts events, which take place regularly. These activities provide young people with opportunities to make new friends and integrate into life in Nansha more easily. Furthermore, the community offers valuable services, including policy interpretation and career planning.
Since the policy announcement, young people have shown great interest in Nansha. At the "Million Talents Gathering Guangdong" job fair on March 16, the Nansha exhibition hall attracted over 10,000 university students seeking policy consultations and received over 6,000 job applications.
Nansha has hosted 45 job fairs this year, offering 18,000 job positions. Looking ahead, Nansha plans to organize over 60 additional job fairs, thereby continuing to provide a wide range of high-quality job opportunity for prospective candidates.
